Penflex Instagram Competition – Terms And Conditions

We’re on Instagram! We’d like to invite you to follow our Instagram account for interesting articles and product news. To mark the launch of our Instagram account we’re giving away a Penflex stationery hamper to 10 lucky followers. The competition closes on 30 November 2019 and the following terms and conditions apply.

1. 1. The promoter of this competition is Alplas Plastics (Pty) Ltd, with business address 14 Silverstone Road, Killarney Gardens 7441 Cape Town.
   2. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
   3. The competition is open to any live, natural person who is 18 years or older, resident in South Africa, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of the promoter, its agents or anyone connected with the administration of this competition.

1. 1. Alplas Plastics (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the rules, terms and conditions of this competition at any time without prior notice.
   2. The competition period will run from 6 – 30 November 2019. The winner will be announced on 2 December 2019.
   3. In the event of any dispute relating to this competition, the decision of Alplas Plastics (Pty) Ltd shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into with a participant.

1. 1. By participating in the competition, you agree to release and hold Alplas Plastics (Pty) Ltd harmless from any and all losses, harm, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the promotion or special offer or resulting from the participation in such promotion, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.

In the event where the competition is cancelled or suspended all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against Alplas Plastics (Pty) Ltd, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters.

Alplas Plastics (Pty) Ltd and its sub-contractors are not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, unintelligible or incomplete electronic mail, telephone, post, electronic hardware and software programs, network, internet and computer malfunctions, delays, failures and difficulties, errors in transmission or any condition caused by events beyond the control of Alplas Plastics (Pty) Ltd, which may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted.

1. 1. You can enter the competition, during the competition period, by becoming a follower of the Penflex Instagram account: @penflexstationery
   2. Prizes: 10 hampers of assorted Penflex stationery valued at approximately R500, one each to a single winner.
   3. Winners will be selected at random, using an auto-generated random picker.
   4. Winners will be notified directly.

1. The redeemable period of the prize is 1 (one) month. If after 1 (one) month, the winner has not claimed the prize, we will select another winner. The second winner will also be given 1 (one) month to claim the prize; after which if no response is received, the prize will be forfeit and the prizes will be returned to respective parties.
2. All prizes will be delivered to the winners in a manner determined by the promoter.
3. Prizes are non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
4. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this competition.
